Amastuola organic wines are the result of an artisanal process that strongly recalls tradition while employing advanced technologies. At Amastuola we personally take care of every production stage: from the harvesting of the grapes to their processing, up to the bottling, which also takes place in the Amastuola cellars. This particular method of working allows us, on the one hand, to preserve all the typical features of the harvest and, on the other, to always experiment with increasingly cutting-edge technological equipment.
Amastuola vineyard, which has been the focus of numerous studies, prizes and awards at international level, is a true work of art capable of combining maximum productivity, aesthetic sense and appeal to tradition. The soft waves traced out by our vine rows wind gently for kilometres, interspersed with centuries-old olive trees.
