Composed of 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Chardonnay and 5% Fiano grapes, this organic wine is characterized by a straw-yellow colour and greenish reflections. It has a discrete yet intriguing start, with fruity notes reminiscent of Golden apples, azaroles and hints of citrus peel.
